Excell is Hiring a Business Process Analyst Near Miami, FL
We are currently in search of a qualified Business Process Analyst to join our client’s team for an on-site position in Miami, FL. This will be a day shift role, with the candidate working Monday to Friday. This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.
Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
- Analyze the structure of a business to determine how it operates
- Work with business teams and the IT Department to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems
- Interpret business requirements for IT staff
- Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how to improve
- Document procedures and present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion
- Create present, and implement approved processes
- Research and analyze for solutions to processes that need change
- Accept client requests and audit submitted information for accuracy
- Document requests in MS Excel and add to internal program Change Gear
- Build reports and communicate data
- Follow-up with manager on current and past requests
- Work with IT Asset Management
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar position and responsibilities
- Must be proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Teams
- Experience with Change Gear a plus
- Knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent follow up and documentation skills
- Ability to work and think independently
- Detail oriented and able to multi task
